Why reinvent the wheel when you don't have to? We thought it would make sense to give you the opportunity to share and learn of some of the best practices, forms, positions descriptions and human resources policies from other nonprofit employers. This section is designed specifically for you to share and find resources that can be of use to you in your work with staff, volunteers, and possibly even your Board of Directors. The forms, position descriptions and sample policies were contributed by other nonprofit organizations as examples of tools used within their organizations and as a resource to you. We strongly recommend that before implementing any of these samples, you review them with an experienced human resources professional or employment attorney to ensure that they meet the needs of your organization and all applicable state and federal laws.
